Who is the ACURC?
We all want to make our community beautiful and enjoy the satisfaction that comes from maintaining and improving our homes. The Architectural Control and Use Restrictions Committee is designated with the duty of helping residents adhere to our Glenfield DCCR & By-laws.

What is in the DCCR ?
The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions or DCCR and By-laws contain rules established to maintain the overall appearance and uniformity of our subdivision. Upon the purchase of our residence we agreed to uphold those rules. (You can find a copy of the DCCR & By-laws on the Documents & Forms page tab).
Step 1 Choose the appropriate Modification Approval form needed by clicking the button to the left.
Step 2 Submit your completed modification form and any property plan survey/or sketch for improvement location to ACURC address or email.
Step 3 wait for approval of the form before you begin any project work.
Note: If any changes are made to original project, you will need to resubmit form with those changes notated in question and then wait for re-approval.
Where do I start?
When homeowners want to re-do or improve their properties, they need to formally submit those changes to this ACURC committee before doing so. The Modification forms available below are the fastest way to make sure your in compliance with regulations. Just follow steps 1,2,3 and your on your way.
