Fine Review Committee (FRC)
Statement of Purpose,
Procedures and Policies
The FRC of Glenfield is an independent hearing review Committee. This committee provides homeowners the opportunity to contest a fine or its amount at a hearing held for that purpose. No member of the FRC serves on the ACURC nor on the BOD nor are they related in any way to those members thus ensuring an independent decision.
-
If a homeowner receives a Fine letter and believes there is insufficient reason for fine imposition they are allowed opportunity to request a hearing on their behalf per the Hearing Notice Form provided with Fine letter.
-
All homeowners who have received a fine letter from the BOD are afforded an opportunity for a hearing before the FRC, but the homeowner must make his or her request within 17 days of the date of the BOD's fine letter. The request must be made directly to the FRC, not to the BOD
To enable Owners to quickly and efficiently make a request for a hearing before the FRC and to ask questions, the FRC has a dedicated email address.
