The Annual Membership Meeting is open to all Glenfield Homeowners
Elections for BOD members are to be held and this years accomplishments will be discussed.
The forms below are available and required in order to vote.

Remember only one vote per household is allowed.

Voter must be the Designated Voting Member - you can use this form to switch voter designated.

If Designated Voting Member is unable to attend vote you may designate a Proxy.

Should you wish to run for BOD membership please fill out your notice of intent.
There will be one ballot.

For the election of a Director to the Board, who will serve a three year term.
The Secretary upon certification of all proxies and designated voting certificates will distribute this ballot.
